• Guests will enter through doors E-7 (Hopkins Place side of Arena)
• They must have their 250 ticket
• We will have a concierge table set up to check VIP's in
• We will check and scan/tear each $250.00 ticket
• At that time we will give each guest their VIP Laminate
• Guests will be able to enjoy the VIP Party from 4p – 6p (Dinner and Drinks)
• Dinner will be catered by Valentino's restaurant
• After 6pm we will direct all guests to ringside.

·    Guests WILL NOT be able to return to the VIP room or leave the building and re-enter after 6:00 PM

APPETIZERS:

 

Crab Dip

• Maryland jumbo lump classic

Shrimp Cocktail

• Chilled jumbo shrimp on ice.

Sweet & Sour Meatballs

• Homemade meatballs simmered in a sweet and tangy Japanese sauce.

Cold Platters

• Assorted trays creatively prepared with crisp vegetables and dip, fine cheeses and fresh season fruit.

 

 

SALAD & SIDES:

 

House Salad

• Iceberg, romaine and baby lettuce with cherry tomatoes, cucumber chips, garlic croutons and red onions. Served with your choice of homemade dressing.

Starch

• Idaho potatoes cubed and tossed with fresh rosemary & herbs. Brushed with virgin olive oil and slowly baked.

Vegetable Du Jour

• Fresh baby green beans seasoned and sauteed just enough.

 

 

ENTREES:

 

Roast Prime Rib

• Patiently roasted in our special oven and sliced thin.

Chicken Chesapeake

• Seasoned boneless chicken breast tightly stuffed with our lump crab cake. Baked and brushed with lemon butter.

Baked Penne

• Penne noodles al dente tossed in slowly prepared traditional Italian tomato marinara
